While we employ tenured Master Craftsmen, we also keep our floor open to any idea or improvement proposed by any employee. Nearly 75% of our digital production staff (not working in our design department) hold degrees in graphic arts. That’s far past what you’ll find at even the senior levels of other signage firms.
